This notice covers this website, ledgrr.in. It explains what we collect when you visit, why, and how to turn it off. Ledgrr is run by Abhinav K in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India.

What we collect on this website

We don't ask you to fill in any forms here. We use two analytics tools to understand how people use the site, so we can make it better:

• Google Analytics records which pages you view, which buttons you tap, how you arrived (for example, from Google or Instagram), your device type, and your approximate location (country, state or city), worked out from your IP address. Google doesn't give us your IP address.
• Microsoft Clarity records how you scroll, move and tap on the page, so we can see where the page is confusing. Anything typed into a field is hidden before it's recorded.

Both tools use cookies or similar storage in your browser. We don't send them your name, phone number or email, and we don't use them for advertising.

When you message us on WhatsApp or email

The "Chat on WhatsApp" buttons open WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. When you message us, we see your WhatsApp name, phone number and what you write. We use that only to reply and help you get set up. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else. The same applies to email.

How long we keep it

• Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Clarity recordings: about 30 days, unless we save one to look at a specific problem.
• Messages and emails: for as long as we're talking or working together. Ask us any time to delete them.

How to opt out

• Block cookies for ledgrr.in in your browser settings, or use a content blocker.
• For Google Analytics, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

The site works the same either way.

Email support@ledgrr.in or message us on WhatsApp. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
